AI Use Case Prioritizer.
Six dimensions. Up to ten candidates. Live ranking. Score each candidate 0–10 on ROI, complexity, risk, data readiness, compliance exposure, and time to proof — get back a verdict: do-now · pilot · park · avoid. Higher complexity/risk/exposure score = worse (those subtract).

Type up to ten use cases. Defaults give you a feel; replace as you go. Verdict column updates live.

The math, openly
Score = ROI × 2 + dataReadiness × 1.5 + timeToProof × 1.0 − complexity × 1.2 − risk × 1.5 − complianceExposure × 1.3
Verdict bands: score ≥ 32 → do-now · 18–31 → pilot · 6–17 → park · < 6 → avoid. Negative scores are clamped to "avoid."
Inputs are 0–10 integers; signed weights reflect the asymmetry of AI work (complexity and compliance hurt more than ROI helps in this stack). Disagree with a weight? Multiply the corresponding input field before entering. The rubric is meant to start the argument, not end it.
