What is the Protocol Suite for?

An open, machine-readable JSON layer that lets an AI system declare its capabilities, regulatory classification, and evidence in a form an auditor, regulator, or another machine can check. Composable with MCP and CycloneDX, not a replacement. It's the declaration-and-evidence layer those standards don't cover.
