Executive Risk Register Starter.
Ten-column row template with eight prompted starter risks across security, AI, vendor, regulatory, operational, and financial categories. Likelihood and impact scales are user-defined. KG ships no "industry standard" severity benchmarks because there aren't any worth importing. Browser-only. Download as CSV or JSON, drop into your own GRC tool.

What this is, and is not
What it is: a structural starter for executives who need a single sheet that says "what could hurt us, who owns it, and what changes next." Eight prompted rows seed the conversation. They're not your actual risks. You overwrite them.
What it isn't: a governance system, a GRC platform replacement, or enterprise risk management consulting. The likelihood and impact scales are user-defined because the right values depend on your business, regulator, and balance sheet. KG ships no severity benchmarks. There's no defensible "typical" severity that imports cleanly across industries.
Pairs with the Evidence Locker (link the "Evidence link" column to your locker storage). Categories chosen to align with common board-level frameworks like NIST AI RMF, ISO 31000:2018, and COSO ERM, but the register itself satisfies none of them.
