Portfolio Triage Sheet.

One page, your whole portfolio, nine honest scores per company. Rank each portco across revenue systems, security posture, AI governance, vendor discipline, platform maturity, data quality, conversion surface, procurement readiness, and leadership clarity. Live verdict bands tell you who needs operator time this quarter. Six prompted starter rows show the shape — replace with your real portfolio. Browser-only; nothing leaves this tab. Pair with /trust/ + /calculators/ when you parachute in.

The math, openly

Total = simple sum of the nine 0–10 dimensions. Range 0 to 90. Each dimension carries equal weight by default — no weighted hierarchy, because the right weights depend on your fund's thesis and the portco's stage (a growth-equity holdco weights conversion + platform; a seed fund weights leadership + AI gov). Add per-fund weights yourself if you fork.

Verdict bands:

TotalVerdictWhat it means
< 31Help nowMultiple critical gaps. Operator engagement justified this quarter; consider whether the right move is a new CXO, not just project work.
31–50Operator supportReal gaps in specific dimensions. Pick the 2–3 lowest scores and put operator time against them with a 90-day plan.
51–65Prepare for diligenceMostly healthy. Close the lowest 1–2 dims before next raise, sale, or board review — buyers will probe them.
66–80MonitorPerformer. Quarterly check-in, no active operator load. Watch for regression on any dim that drops 2+ points.
81+Leave aloneCease operator interference. They have it. Spend the saved cycles on the help-now tier.

Bands are decision-support, not a substitute for a quarterly review conversation. A portco scoring 78 with leadership at 3 needs a different intervention than a portco scoring 78 with platform at 3. Read the row, not just the band.

What this is — and is not

What it is: a structured note-taking sheet for the operating partner who reviews a portfolio quarterly and needs a single page that says "where do I spend the next 90 days." Nine dimensions, equal weight, your judgment on each. The verdict band names the move; the row tells you why.

What it isn't: investment advice, a deal-screening tool, a valuation method, or a substitute for a real portfolio review. KG ships no "industry standard" thresholds because there aren't any worth importing — a healthy revenue score for a seed-stage FinTech doesn't look like a healthy revenue score for a Series C marketplace. Use as scaffolding, not as a verdict.

Adjacent KG surfaces operators use during interventions: the Trust Pack (8 tools for trust + AI governance reviews), the six executive decision calculators (build-vs-buy, vendor renewal, breach exposure, etc.), and the complexity tax audit.
